Festival of Colors: Holi is the Hindu festival of colors that rings in the spring by pelting everybody in sight with brightly colored powders. The event is now largely secular and popular the world over. Portland’s wildest celebration is Rang Barse, which goes down this Saturday at the Washington County Fair Complex in Hillsboro. Forget eggs, let’s all dye each other!
