Dear Sir,

RE:  CAMPAIGN TO COLLECT ESSENTIAL FOOD STUFFS, CLOTHING, DRINKING WATER, MEDICAL SUPPLIES, OTHER ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS AND CASH DONATIONS FOR THE NEPAL EARTHQUAKE VICTIMS-2015

 

In view of the recent 7.8 magnitude earthquake in Nepal on 26th April 2015 this unexpected tragedy has left more than 5000 people have died and several thousands homeless.

The following institutions, known as the Organizing Committee, has come forward to join hands together to assist these unfortunate and unexpected tragedy victims on humanitarian grounds namely,

  1. Bodhi Heart Sanctuary
  2. The Temple Of Fine Arts
  3. Penang Hindu Association
  4. Premaseva Charitable Organisation
  5. Sunshine Wholesale Mart Sdn. Bhd.

These organizing committee will collect contributions in cash and cash in kind for immediate distribution to the victims in Nepal.

The Committee shall be holding a press conference scheduled as follows:

Date                      : 6th May 2015 (Wednesday)

Time                      : 11am

Place                     : Suiwah Corporation Berad,, Level-20,Suntec, Mayflower  Room (The Building next to Sunshine Square), pls register yourself at the ground floor (Information Counter) and get the entrance pass to enter to level 20, Bayan Baru Penang. (Contact Ms.Cynthia Loo – 0164199881)

We would like to invite your institution to participate in this Nobel course so as to join hands together to assist these innocent and ignorant victims whose hopes are being in the hands of social organisations like us.

 

Your presence will create an awareness for our Malaysians as many are unaware how to participate.
