Message from writer, which MUST WAKE UP ALL OF HINDU’S. The rumour mill around Raisina Hills says that the precedent set by the C.M. of Maharashtra will be followed by many more UPA controlled C.Ms.
The question is : “Where do we go from here?” The ruling political disposition is hell bent on making Muslims and 4 other minorities as SUPER CITIZENS of India. Henceforth the Hindus will be ‘dhimmies”.
Perhaps time has come to write another small book /treatise captioned, “While Hindu Lawyers Slumbered”.
Who will join in that onerous task ? Volunteers Welcome…
P.S. In my humble opinion the order in question is illegal and ultra vires. But who will challenge it in Supreme Court? There are hardly any gutsy Hindu lawyers willing to work free for the near-lost Hindu cause. I have another idea. How about all of us writing together a memorandum to the National Human Rights Commission highlighting the rampant discrimination against Hindus. In that Memorandum to NHRC the contents of my letter to Salman Khurshid and this lawless law ordered by Maharashtra govt. may be combined?
Other Hindu organisations like HJS, Vasant Kunj Citizens Forum and India Policy Foundation may also be persuaded to write to the NHRC.
The best option will be for the Acharya Sabha and Hindu saints (including multiple 5 star gurus) writing to NHRC. I feel we have reached the stage for testing their commitment and guts to challenge this kind of unre mitting oppression and discrimination.
Also the proposed Memoranda to NHRC may be publicised as best as possible.
Advt on page 7 of the Hindustan Times Mumbai state is:-
1. The powers of a Civil Court has been conferred to the State Minorities Commission.
2. Citizens belonging to the Minority Communities in the State may now lodge their complaints to the Commission against any injustice or discrimanatory treatment faced by them.
Advt shows two pictures, one of a Muslim taxi driver and two of CM Chavan with Christian community people.
Does this mean that we will now have civil and criminal courts and the State Minorities Commission as a super court. The consequences of this move on Society could be bad.
Wish a Lawyer could enlighten and write about the consequences of this move by the State Govt.
Earlier last CM Chavan and Congress MP Milind Dogra visited a mosque at Dongra, a Muslim area in South Mumbai.
