HMEC 2014 is only five weeks away. The preparations for the conference are in full swing and registration for the conference is gaining momentum. Temples all the way from Hawaii to Massachusetts and from Canada to the Caribbean have confirmed their participation.   Over 15 Temples have already come forward to co-host the conference and the number is increasing on daily bases.

A request to all temples/Institutions to send their representatives to this unique conference.

This year’s theme for the conference is “Role of Temples in Hindu Education”. A large number of distinguished speakers/moderators representing over 60 temples/organizations/universities have already confirmed their participation.

3. INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN BIRDS – OF – A – FEATHER ( BoF ) SESSION 
We are happy to inform that a Birds-of-a-Feather (BOF) sessions is planned, during the upcoming Hindu Mandir Executive Conference ( HMEC ) to be held in Orlando from 19 to 21 September 2014. 

The idea is to provide a platform and adequate time to the ‘Theme Based Presenters’ to present a 
concept or a mission involving mass participation. These sessions generally are more interactive, popular, and well-attended sessions providing an opportunity to a presenter and attendees to openly discuss important topics of mutual interest with a strong emphasis on audience-driven discussion, and grassroots participation.

Two time slots thought as of now for these sessions are:
1. Friday – 19 September 2014 – 2 pm to 4 pm ( Before Conference )
2. Sunday – 21 September 2014 – 2 pm to 4 pm ( After Conference )
