After a long waiting perios of approx. six (6) months Winter Season, Navratre Festival begins in the holy city of India Katra, Jammu since 13/10/2015 in a cutrain raising ceremony. Ch. Lal Singh – Honable Minister for Health & ARI Training – J & K State, Chief Executive Officer – Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board – Sh. A.K. Sahu (IAS), Sh. R.K. Verma, Director of Tourism – Jammu and many more political & administrative leaders were presented there.
