Issue related to the action taken against Ajaysingh Sengar celebrating the Death Anniversary of Maharana Pratap
• The guilty in this incident will be severely punished in the Hindu Nation !
• To stop the recurrence of such incidents there is no other alternative for Hindus than to unite !
The National President of ‘Maharana Pratap Battalion’ Shri. Thakur Ajaysingh Sengar was arrested on 30th January 2015 for celebrating the death Anniversary of the Great National Hero, Maharana Pratap on behalf of ‘Maharana Pratap Battalion’.
He was kept in police custody for 14 days and later he was released on bail. Thereafter Shri. Sengar met the Chief Minister Shri. Devendra Phadanvis in the Vidhanbhavan.
At that time he was accompanied by Shivsena MLA Shri. Kishorappa Patil, NCP MLA Shri. Hemant Patil and BJP’s office bearer. The Chief minister was shown the news published in Daily ‘Sanatan Prabhat’ and ‘Dopahar ka Samna’. Reading the news, the Chief Minister assured the delegates saying that after making the inquiry of this case, those found guilty will be suspended immediately. Panvel-Mumbai : Shri. Ajaysing Sengar, Founder-President of Maharana Pratap Battalion was arrested by the Police on 20th March at Panvel for celebrating the anniversary of Maharana Pratap.(Since when the celebration of Maharana Pratap anniversary has become an offence in this country ? In such a situation, how will the ‘achchhe din‘ expected by Shri. Narendra Modi in BJP rule materialise ? – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat) Later, when Shri. Sengar was produced in the court, he was sent to judicial custody for 14 days. However, on request to the court, he was released on bail on 23rdMarch.

Shri. Ajaysing Sengar, who was earlier targeted by Congress party for celebrating anniversary of Nathuram Godse said, “Maharana Pratap was a patriot and devout Hindu. His death anniversary is celebrated by the State and Union Governments. No permission is required from anyone to celebrate the anniversary of a national hero. However, the Police arrested me by hatching a conspiracy. The anniversary was celebrated in a closed hall and not on the street. Hence there was no need for the police permission. When the anniversary of Afzalkhan is celebrated in this country, is it a crime to celebrate a day in memory of Hindu national hero ? It is shameful to get arrested in BJP rule for such a reason”.
