Vice President, World Hindu Council of America
Mr. Kaul is a social and cultural activist based in Boston. He is passionate about preserving and promoting Indian culture and heritage among those with their roots in Indian subcontinent.
Mr. Kaul has arranged presentations, seminars and symposiums on Kashmir and made presentations to Government of India (GOI) representatives, international leaders, and US Congressmen representing the views and aspirations of Kashmiri Hindus.
Mr. Kaul has served “Kashmiri Overseas Association” (KOA) as its president for two terms. Currently, he is serving “World Hindu Council of America” as its Vice President and is a member of its Governing Council.
