Hindus In Ghana: The Struggle for Identity
Rajiv is in conversation with two Hindu delegates from Ghana at the World Hindu Conference. In this small but very interesting video, the delegates trace the history of the establishment of Hinduism as a religion in Ghana and the positioning of Hindus in a largely Christian milieu. They describe the lonely existence for about 2000 families that follow Hinduism there and how it is difficult to assert their identity in the numerous spheres for example politics.
