Expressing deep sorrow for the deadly fire in the Devi Temple at Kollam in Keral, VHP International Working President Dr Pravin Togadia said, “We deeply share the grief of the families who lost their near & dear once in the tragedy. We are with them in their time of distress & loneliness. We also are there to help those who are injured & also those families who need transportation nearby or need food, water & milk for the kids. All volunteers of VHP, Bajrang Dal. Durga Vahini, Hindu Help Line & India Health Line are doing all what they can at the spot. There is a dire need for the blood at the hospitals nearby as many are injured in fire as well as in the stampede that followed the fire. Urgently needed there all groups of blood in medical college hospital TVPM for those who are injured in Paravoor – Kollam fire.
