SUPPORTERS OF RELIGIOUS FREEDOM AND DEMOCRACY FROM NORTH AMERICA RISE ON THIS WORLD REFUGEE DAY( June 20th) IN SOLIDARITY WITH THE VICTIMS OF GENOCIDE AND ETHNIC CLEANSING IN INDIA’S KASHMIR TO CONDEMN THE ISLAMIC VIOLENT JIHAD, AIDED AND ABATED BY PAKISTAN, WHICH RENDERED THEM HOMELESS, STATELESS AND MADE THEM REFUGEES IN THEIR OWN COUNTRY. THESE VICTIMS OF VIOLENT ISLAMIZATION, WHO RIGHTLY BELIEVE THAT THEIR EXPULSION FROM THEIR 5,000 YEAR OLD HABITAT IN REALITY IS THE BIGGEST BLOT ON INDIA, THE LARGEST DEMOCRACY OF THE WORLD AND THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY DEMAND:

A) Establishment of a HOMELAND (with UT status) in Kashmir for over 10 lakh Kashmiri Hindus as per Margdarshan Resolution of 1991, with free flow of the Indian Constitution and without the encumbrance of Article 370;

B) Setting up a high powered ENQUIRY COMMISSION under the Supreme Court of India to address the root cause of genocide of Hindus of Kashmir; and to set up a SPECIAL TRIBUNAL to prosecute and punish the perpetrators and mass murderers who till this date are roaming free due to the extremely communal & callous policies and deliberate inaction by the State and Federal authorities;

C) To rebuild and restore hundreds of big & small HINDU TEMPLES which were vandalized, looted and raised to ground and in some cases converted into mosques by the local and foreign Islamists during the wave of ethnic cleansing and genocide unleashed against Hindus;

D) That euphemistic tag of “MIGRANT” used to define the exiled and their plight should be immediately be substituted by “INTERNALLY DISPLACED PERSONS” and the falsification of their status should be stopped immediately. Given the massive radicalization and fundamentalization of Kashmir, the creation of a HOMELANDhas become an imperative and historic necessity not only to ensure the permanent reversal of genocide of Kashmiri Hindus but also to stop Kashmir from becoming the new bastion for international Jihad and a sanctuary for Islamist terrorist enterprises like ISIS. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL CONVERSION OF KASHMIR IN TO AN ISLAMIC STATE BE ACCEPTABLE TO PATRIOTIC PEOPLE OF INDIA We strongly endorse these demands and appeal free people everywhere to extend their unwavering support to the struggle of exiled Kashmiri Hindus for a HOMELAND in their traditional habitat.
