Rashtriya Hindu Andolan in the august presence of senior warkaris
Devout Hindus have demanded 100% ban on the sale of the production of wine – meat, storage, sale and transportation through the medium of Rashtriya Hindu Andolan at Pandharpur. Memorandum giving elaborate explanation of the same, so also, a memorandum stating all the resolutions passed at the Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha held here was given to the Tahsildar.
Resident Nayab Tahasildar Shri. Marutirao More received the memorandum on behalf of Tahsildar. Thereafter the agitators gave a memorandum in the Regional Office. Before that a National Hindu Agitation was held before the Tahsil Office on 7th April. In this agitation, Senior Acharya of Warkari Sect H. B. P. Nivrutti Maharaj, H. B. P. Madhav Maharaj Shivnikar, H. B. P. Anil Maharaj Badve, H. B. P. Dnyaneshwar Maharaj Jogdand, H. B. P. Ramkrushna Veer Maharaj, H. B. P. Bhagvat Maharaj Chavre, Sou. Ratnaprabha Patil, Shri. Pratapsinh Salunkhe, Shri. Kashinath Thite, Shri. Tukarm Garje from Barshi, Shri. Sunil Ghanvat, State Convener of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS), Shri. Amit Kadam expressed their views in support to the Agitation.

Rohit Khadke, Shivsena Tarun Mandal, Shri. Vinayak Mahadevkar, Parshuram Yuva Manch, H. B. P. Mahesh Maharaj Utpat, Sanatan Vaidik Dharma Sanrakshak Sangh, Shri. Kaka Burade, Shivsena, Shri. Shivbhakta Pratishthan, Pandhrpur, Prasad Satpute, President, Bhagatsingh Vidyarthi Parishad gave a letter comprising 260 signatures. Sri Samast Warkari Dindi Sanghatana, Jain Social Group, Pandharpur, Peshwa Yuva Manch, Sangali District Warkari Sect Seva Sanghatana has announced its support. Shri. Rohit Goyal gave a letter comprising 135 signatures of devout Hindus at the venue of the Agitation. Shri. Ganesh Ankushrao from Fishermen Community supported the Agitation.
