4-WAY REORGANIZATION OF J&k NEEDED

DIVERSITY-USA ASKS PANTHER PARTY TO UPDATE ITS REORGANIZATION PLAN

Roseburg, OR (USA)

July 28, 2015

We strongly agree and support the demand for the reorganization of the state of J&K made by the Supremo of the National Panthers Party (NPP), Prof. Bhim Singh, said Dr. Jagan Kaul, Chairman of Diversity-USA, a National Democratic Think Tank dealing with minority issues. In his plan recently unfolded  at Goverdhan (UP) Prof. Singh has asked that the State be divided into three different geo-political entities of Ladakh, Jammu and Kashmir.  However, Diversity-USA believes that a 4-way reorganization of the state is absolutely necessary in order to fulfill the aspirations of all the major stake holders in the state said Dr. Kaul. That will entail the division of the Kashmir valley to provide homes for all the exiled communities.  Considering the fundamental change of the Kashmir policy brought about by the Modi Govt., which has brought the  Pak-backed separatists and BJP on a power sharing platform, Prof. Singh should realize that in view of this radical change, unity and alliance between the supporters of the reorganization of J&K has never been as urgent as it is at this stage. We must never allow the promise of free and independent India be stolen or betrayed.

Diversity-USA, which has dealt with the issue of the ethnic cleansing, genocide and expulsion of the non-Muslim minorities of Kashmir for the past 26 years firmly believes that the NPP plan leaves one of the most important stake holders that has been struggling for a homeland ever since 1947, namely the Kashmiri Pandits and Sikhs. These communities have been driven out from their 5,000 year old habitat by the radical Islamist under the guns and swords of the Jihad and thereby left without a homeland.

The plan fielded by Diversity-USA and supported by most of the ethnic minorities of the state satisfies the demands and the need for empowerment of all disenfranchised minorities. Accordingly the NPP plan needs to be expanded and made inclusive. In its present form the NPP plan leaves intact the potential for continued disenfranchisement, discontentment and agitation in this turbulent region.  It is important that any plan for reorganization provides a homeland for the dislodged communities and also removes the root cause of the internal turmoil and agitation. Our struggle for liberation must continue and democracy which has been hijacked by the inherently corrupt minorityism must be rescued so as to restore the legitimate role and place of India’s actual majority. In J&K we have been judged by the nature and complexion of our faith and the content of our character, to paraphrase Dr. Martin Luther King’s quote about the racial slavery in America, was thrown to the winds. Such inequality in the treatment and rights of the citizens of the same country must not be acceptable under any circumstances.

Furthermore the NPP plan seems to give the entire valley of Kashmir to the unpatriotic, communal, anti-Hindu, separatist, militant, Jihadi and terrorist Sunnis whose political agenda and life line is controlled by Pan-Islamists from outside the frontiers of India. Diversity-USA does not believe in rewarding the terrorists a part of the valley so they build a medieval sultanate like ISIS against the modern democratic civilization of India. Such reorganization will be against the sovereign and security interests of India.

Diversity USA instead stands for reorganizing the Kashmir Valley into two parts, one of which will be the homeland for the exiled minorities which should include the Pandits, Sikhs, Dogras, Buddhists, Jains and others. This geopolitical entity will be governed directly under the Indian Constitution but without the divisive Article 370.  The other part will be the home of the nationalist Muslims, Shias and others who recognize Kashmir as an integral part of India and uphold the sanctity and constitutionality of J&Ks accession to India. The import, smuggling and/or possession of petro-dollars and Pak-currency in this entity should be punishable under the law. The primitive Arabian law known as Sharia should be abolished here since the Republic of India must be governed under a single judicial system. Also, disregarding the fragmentist conditions imposed by the colonial doctrine of “political correctness”the Islamist settlers from Afghanistan, Pakistan, PoK, Chechnya, Tibet, India, Bangladesh, Burma and Thailand in Kashmir must be moved to other parts of India. Their settlement in Kashmir by one after the other Sunni regimes has been facilitated by the highly questionable and extremely communal policies of the State to further insulate and expand a domineering Muslim majority.

And those of the Sunnis, separatists, Jihadis and Wahhabis believing that Pakistan is their abode should be dispatched within a year to live in the land of their dreams. The question of creating yet another Muslim homeland in India does not arise. That issue was settled for good in 1947, when under the terms and conditions stipulated by the Independence of India Act adopted by the British Parliament and accepted by Mohammed Ali Jinnah, the father of Pakistan and its two nation theory, India was partitioned to provide a separate homeland for Muslims who were demanding an Islamic state of their own concluded Dr. Kaul.
