Shocking: US pastor says Nepali people should adopt Christianity, no need to rebuild temples

Tony Miano, an accused of homophobia in the past has made this shocking statement on the Social Media. “Praying 4 the lost souls in Nepal. Praying not a single destroyed pagan temple will b rebuilt & the people will repent/receive Christ”, he tweeted. This obnoxious comment, which will soon snowball into major controversy has come at a time when both Nepal and India are trying to come to terms with worst tragedy of recent times. This comment will surely invite pastor Miano, who is a former Los Angeles police officer ire of people from these two countries. As per official Twitter profile, self-styled preacher Tony Miano declares himself as open-air preacher, author and conference speaker. Nepal is Hindu dominated country. 85 per cent people are Hindu, followed by minorities including Buddhists, Muslims and Christians. More than 3,5 00 people have died in the Nepal earthquake which struck first on Saturday. Miano is being slammed for his outrageous comment.
