HJS and Sanatan Sanstha members meet MLA Manohar sheth Bhoir

HJS members and Sanatan seekers handing over representation to MLA-Shri. Manohar sheth Bhoir

Raigad (Maharashtra) : MLA Shri. Manohar sheth Bhoir elected from Uran constituency was given few issues related to Hindus, for taking up during the forthcoming State Legislative session. He promised members of HJS and Sanatan Sanstha viz. Shri. Shivaji Vatkar, Shri. Ranjan Desai, Sou. Sangita Lotalikar and Shri. Ajit Deshpande, to do the needful in the matter.

A letter was sent by Hindu Vidhidnya Parishada to the Chief Minister, Shiv Sena Chief, Sarsanghchalak-RSS, Law and Justice Department, Maharashtra Government requesting to stop insult of ethnic Marathi attire ‘Pagadi-Poshakh’; but the Government has taken no action so far. It has, therefore, been stated under one of the issues given to Shri. Bhoir for taking up during the session that since the British regime, peons have been given such uniform (pagadi-poshakh) which is deliberate derision of Maratha rule and it should be stopped. Even in different Courts and local ‘Swarajya Sansthas’, peons are given this uniform. It is insulting.

Shri. Bhoir said, “Activities undertaken by Sanatan Sanstha and HJS are good. I have always extended support to them and will do so even in future. I will visit Sanatan ashram soon.”
