Defying the ban on Dr Togadia in Bengaluru, VHP demands ‘Constitutional Hindu Rashtra’ in Bharat

Bengaluru | HENB | February 08, 2015:: What is sorry state of of the great concept ‘Cultural Hindu Rashtra’ of RSS, where Cow slaughter is rampant, Christian Conversion is enormous, Love Jihad is tantamount, Pilgrim taxes are taken from Hindus, Islamic terrorism is growing in this soil, Conspiracy of dethroning the Hindus from India is obvious and now even Hindu Leaders like Dr Praveen Togadia is banned in Bengaluru or Sri Promod Muthalik is banned in Goa. Swami Aseemanada, Sadvi Pragya or Sant Asaram Bapu are languishing behind the bar. Are Hindus in India at their freedom on and from 15 August 1947. Or a new spate of subjection and the shackle of bondage?

But the Hindus under the banner of Vishwa Hindu Parishad is now marching forward for a real freedom for the Hindus in Bharat with a demand of constitutional Hindu rashtra.

Defying multi-dimemtional gag by police, VHP leader Praveen Togadia’s (who is the International working president of the VHP) video recorded speech was played at a rally here today in which he called for Ghar Wapsi (homecoming) and establishment of“Constitutional Hindu Nation” in Bharat.

Additional Commissioner of Police (Bengaluru) Alok Kumar said, “We have taken note of the violation; we will get opinion of our legal officers and we will take further action.”

At ‘Virat Hindu Samajotsava’ rally to mark the Golden Jubilee Celebration of VHP, Togadia said in his recorded speech,”…We want security, security for hundred crore Hindus… We want prosperity for Hindus… We want honour for Hindus…”

The organisers played the address ignoring the police orders banning displaying or transmitting the speech through audio, visual or other media.

Police had issued fresh orders yesterday imposing the multi-media gag after the Karnataka High Court had upheld its ban prohibiting entry of Togadia into the city for a week from February 5.

Apprehending that the ‘Samajotsava’ organisers might circumvent the ban by showing Togadia’s speech using audio or visual media, Bengaluru Police Commissioner M N Reddi had issued the orders.

Togadia left for Ahmedabad from Hosur in Tamil Nadu via Bengaluru where he was taken to the airport, police said earlier in the day.

Security was beefed up around the venue and in sensitive parts of the city, with policemen, assisted by Rapid Action Force, Quick Response Teams and other security personnel deployed in good strength.

“…let no one teach us about tolerance, from the time when this universe was created we have tolerance, if we were not tolerant, people from across the world couldn’t have come and settled here,” Togadia said.

“Those who do religious conversions are the enemies of tolerance. Hindus have never done religious conversions.

Hindus have been converted, now Hindus will not be converted, we will do Ghar Wapsi…”

As Togadia spoke, a huge crowd gathered at the National High School Ground cheered and raised slogans in his praise. They also raised slogans against Siddaramaiah government holding it responsible for banning his entry into the city.

we won’t allow Hindus (number of Hindu’s) to recede; …for security and prosperity of Hindus, the government in the country has to think about Hindus, for this we have to establish a Samvidanik Hindu Rashtra,” Togadia said.

Justice Abdul Nazir of Karnataka High Court had on Friday turned down the interim prayer by Karnataka VHP to stay the police commissioner’s order, banning Togadia’s entry into the city from February 5 to 11.

Reddi had earlier this week imposed the ban on the ground that Togadia’s “provocative” and “inflammatory” speeches would have “grave” consequences and there likelihood of breach of peace.

VHP had challenged the Commissioner’s orders on Togadia’s entry into the city in the High Court with the interim prayer for a stay on the ban.

While declining the interim plea, the Judge, however, had said Hegde’s petition was maintainable and adjourned the matter without mentioning the next date of hearing.

Reacting over the ban of Dr. Praveen Togadia in Bengaluru for participating in Virat Hindu Samajotsava rally, Sri Upananda Brahmachari, the Editor of Hindu Existence and the propagator of ‘New Hindu Age’ and ‘Struggle for Hindu Freedom’expressed that, ‘the Bengaluru ban of Dr Togadia would be a mile-stone of resurgent Hindu movement in modern India, when an organisation of Sangha Parivar has demanded a Constitutional Hindu Rashtra in India, publicly’.

Adding further, Upananda Brahmachari said, ‘See, I am a Swyamsevak (RSS Cadre) since my student life. As per my conviction, Dr Hedgewar (the founder of RSS) and Veer Savarkar (the champion Hindu revolutionary) both wanted Hindu Rashtra upon the base of totality of Hindu empowerment in Bharat. So, political and constitutional empowerment is also the essential need of the being a Hindu Rashtra here in India. Dr Togadia is perfectly correct in his demand of Constitutional Hindu Nation here and it is the demand of one billion Hindus in this world. If there are more than 150 constitutionally valid Christian states in this world, over 50 Muslim states over 10 Buddhist states and even one Jew state, then why not two Hindu state in Bharat and Nepal, where Hindus are in 80% and above 80% majority?’

‘ We have been disseminating and popularizing this concept of Constitutionally valid and Real Dharmik Hindu State in Bharat since 2012 trough a Hindu Rashtra Adhiveshan every year in Goa. It is building a tremendous effect on the matter. The public of India is now more concerned about this demand of Hindu Rashtra in Bharat. I am trying hard to keep contact through email or personally with the most admirable Hindu proponents like PP Ashok Ji Sinhal (VHP), Dr. Mohan Bhagawat (RSS), Dr. Praveen Togadia (VHP), Dr. Charudutta Pingle (HJS) and Dr Subramanian Swamy (BJP) for having their blessings and suggestions for a Constitutional Hindu Rashtra in Bharat. All the Venerated Shankaracharyas and Respectable Hindu saints are also advocating Dharma Rashtra in Bharat. The reputed western Indologists like Stephen Knapp, Koenraad Elst, David Frawley and François Gautier are also advocating a rise of Sanatan Dhrma culture in Bharat. And we must consider the immense blessings of two living legend of contemporary India – Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and Baba Ramdev to gear up our march towards the goal of Hindu Rashtra. So, it is a very positive environment in Bharat to have a constitutionally valid and internationally recognised Hindu Nation-State in Bharat. We must have it within a time frame of 2025 or earlier’, Brahmachari communicated to our Bengaluru desk.

Demand of constitutional Hindu Rashtra in Bharat by VHP has perhaps traumatized the pseudo secular forces in India. Repercussions are yet to come. —–with the special input from PTI and ANI.
