VHP observes golden jubilee through blood donation camp

Mangaluru, Nov 2: To mark Vishwa Hindu Parishad’s golden jubilee and to commemorate the 24th anniversary of the firing on Karasevaks at Ayodhya, Bajarangdal organized massive blood donation camp with a target to collect 1 lac units of blood from across the country.

After inaugurating the blood donation camp at Sharada Vidyalaya, Dr D Veerendra Heggade Dharmadhikari of Shri Kshetra Dharmastala and National President of VHP Golden Jubilee Committee said 
“Donating blood is greatest form of donation. One who donates the blood saves and support the life of another individual. Donor donates blood without any discrimination of religion, caste, class and gives blood to the needy person. This is a programme which is universally accepted by all. “

He also said that ‘Dharma’ can only be preserved if we practise with belief and dedication.

MP Nalin Kumar Kateel said “It is because of VHP that Hindus are leading self-esteemed life. It is also the voice of Hindus. Hindus are the one who wish all the people in the world be happy and prosperous’.

Commenting on State government’s administration, he said “State government is involved in politics of hate. Those Hindu activists who work to save this culture and land are booked under goonda act. In the name of Ahinda, government is suppressing the Hindus. If this suppression continues we will protest against the administration.”

Sanga Chalak Dr P Vaman Shenoy, chairman of Panama Corporations Vivekraj , president of Credai Pushparaj Jain , Jagadish Shenava and others were present on this occasion.
