of such schools doing injustice to your wards !
Mumbai : A teacher in CBM school at Sion in Mumbai held a girl in captivity for 1 hour for applying mehandi on her hand. The parents said that even last year the same teacher had asked their daughter to do some exercises of athletes for a very minor reason. (This is the real nature of Convent schools ! Teachers in such schools have Christian impressions (Sanskar) on their mind hence they do not tolerate hands coloured with mehandi. Will this teacher have dared to punish a fanatic student like this ? O parents, in order to teach a lesson to such teachers and schools admit your wards in Marathi medium schools. – Editor Sanatan Prabhat)
1. CBM school is locaed at Sion Koliwada. Daughter of Ramesh Thakur studying in 7th std. in this school had applied mehandi on the occasion of ‘Rakshabandhan’.
2. This was against the rule of the school, hence she was punished by the teacher in the school.
3. After the 1st shift was over, this student was held captive for one hour on 11th August by the teacher.
4. Scared student reported the matter when she reached home.
5. The student refused to sit in the class the next day because of the fear of getting punishment.
6. Due to this incident the parents expressed their disgust against the school committee and met the headmaster.
7. The headmaster asked for pardon from the parents and gave assurance of not repeating the incident in future.
