CHENNAI: Hindu Munnani, a Sangh Parivar organisation, on Friday said its office at Chintadripet received a threat letter seeking immediate release of suspected ISI agent Zakir Hussain. In a written complaint made to the Chintadripet police station, the outfit said it received the threat letter via post warning of “consequences” for Tamil Nadu, if Zakir Hussain is not released immediately.
The inland letter written in illegible handwriting said it was the last warning for Tamil Nadu. The police are verifying its authenticity.
