Outfits join hands to celebrate Hindu’s Ramnavami with brotherhood

Jamshedpur: Ramnavami procession was taken out by various akhara committees of the city in a grand manner on Wednesday.

Various social and cultural organizations participated in the celebrations as their volunteers distributed grams, jaggery and sherbet among akhara committee members and other visitors. Camps were held at different places across the city from morning till late evening.

Members of Indian Red Cross Society and Tantu Sri Seva Sangh members, along with Civil Defence volunteers, had made arrangements for first aid at Sakchi and other places. Biscuits, fruits and cold drinks were also served to the people.

The organizations that participated actively during the procession included Swarnakar Vikas Manch, Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, Jamshedpur Transport Welfare Association, Akhil Bharatiya Nai Sangh Trade Union, Kushwaha Sangh, Uttar Pradesh Sangh, Akhil Vishwa Gayatri Parivar, Kesarvani Vaisya Sabha, Bal Ekta Manch, Tata Workers Union, Marwari Yuva Manch, Ayurveda Vikas Manch, Sri Kali Puja Jail Chowk Samiti, Bramharshi Vikas Manch, Sri Satya Sai Seva Samiti, Ram Bhakta Seva Mandal and Rashtriya Yuva Ekta Manch.
