Prominent Indo-American community leaders met at GIBV (Global Indians For Bharat Vikas) hosted ” Vote for India – Chai Pe Charcha ( Discussion at Tea) supporting Narendra Modi for Indian Prime Minster. The leaders in a united concourse vowed to deploy all resources available in their personal and organizational capacity towards supporting Narendra Modi led BJP to power at upcoming national elections in India.
The event was hosted by GIBV, a forefront organization in USA with 500+ registered volunteers across USA who are actively reaching out to Indian Americans to register at GIBV portal and start making phone calls to their Indian friends, relatives and associates. The goal of GIBV in short term is to provide a tech supported platform to Indians who are based overseas (irrespective of citizenship) to promote and support pro India nationalist leadership in political arena in upcoming Lok Sabha (General Assembly) elections. The long term goal is to keep supporting pro India nationalist leadership and enable involvement of NRI’s towards growth, prosperity and development of India. Atlanta GIBV meeting resonated similar pro India nationalist ideology.
Some prominent leadership key notes are below:
Mr. Raghunath Katragodda emphasized on leveraging political partners in India who has similar ideology and vision for India. This has to be done promptly.
Dr. Vasu Patel (US Southern OF BJP Chief) requested all to communicate and emphasize on voting for Lotus (symbol of BJP party). He said that people are linked to Narendra Modi, they may get confused during voting as many people may expect Narendra Modi picture on EVM machines. Thus it’s imperative to promote lotus as polling symbol. He said that Narendra Modi is a man of vision, farsighted and goal. The goal is to elevate India’s standing in global arena at all levels. He educated audience on how OFBJP has deployed 24 centers across India to help NRI get guided and volunteers in their respective constituency. He request all to carry their own medicine, food items while traveling to villages and be self-independent.
Neena Narumanchi, a HSS member mentioned a very important point which focus on integrating different Hindu Dharmic (religious) gurus towards this mission. She said that a large percentage of Hindus are attached to various Guru based philosophical groups, if such Hindu saints & seers request disciples to volunteer for this mission it will increase impact by 10 fold. On this note Rahul Chandra ( GIBV – Texas) said that it’s high time for Hindu gurus to fight anti Hindu forces as one by one Hindu saints and seers are being targeted politically. Rather than spectators it’s important for Hindu seers and saints to aware disciples on contemporary social, Dharmic and political development that impact Hindus. Though many prominent Hindu spiritual gurus have deployed volunteer support for Mission 2014 indirectly. a 100% participation is appreciated.
Bal Krishna Gupta, a prominent Hindu author and intellectual, co founder of first Hindu temple in US – Carolina’s requested members to deploy senior retired residents in motivating and voluntary work like distributing GIBV flyers, calls, emails etc. ‘Now it’s the time to bring BJP back’ is his logo.
Ravi Narumanchi from HSS Houston said that current social media is in favor of Narendra Modi. He said that every contribution counts including the comments people make in news and articles.
Radhika Suda from HSS -Atlanta presented a view point where whole Bharat political area has to be considered for this mission to get absolute majority.
Hari Pulijala ( OFBJP Hyderabad center) updated audience on how dedicated volunteers are scanning tweets, Facebook posts and other online publications for false/ made up news and countering such false news circulating online. The team counter news by providing genuine information to source.
Dhiru Shah (Georgia GIBV Coordinator) updated audience on the nexus of anti India forces prevalent in US who are vehemently opposed to prosperity and development of India. Such organizations get funds and intellectual guidance from Communist, Missionary and Islamic foundations which have vested interested in India at social, political, ego political and economic. He updated audience on how Ford Foundation backed AAP in India is creating state of political anarchy.He mentioned that on his visits to India, he finely tell fellow Hindus on being asked ” Why US based Hindus are worried for Bharat?” On this he says- “Whatever Hindu ness Hindus overseas have will last only if the spiritual motherland India lasts”. He updated audience on how Narendra Modi has made Gujarat into a hyper developed state where people have electricity 24/7, water, medical facility and most important security which fosters free thoughts and creativity. He furthered that Narendra Modi openly supports Hindus and Hindus have a once in a millennium opportunity to establish safe, secure and developed Bharat under Narendra Modi leadership.
Rahul Chandra from Texas – GIBV team lauded the efforts of Indo Americans in supported Narendra Modi. He said that this is the first time in recent History ( after emergence by Indra Gandhi) that leaders and activists from social, cultural, religious Hindu organizations have united under one mission (Mission -2014) to make Narendra Modi as Indian PM. Terming it as landmark conglomeration of Indians. He categorically mentioned the reason being Hindus have not only being hoodwinked on economic levels but also we’re immensely troubled at spiritual, emotional, social levels by Sonia Gandhi led Congress party under multitude of anti Hindu policies in last 10 years.
He requested all Indian Americans to do voluntary work and register at GIBV (www.gibv.org).
Gokul Kunnath ( Prominent Hindu intellectual & founder of Hindu Students Council (HSC)) said that 70% of Hindu saints and seers actively supports Narendra Modi and have dedicated human resources towards this mission.
He said that India will be next superpower under Modi. He said Modi is survived decade worst political and legal attacks inc. terrorist. He has only emerged stronger and stronger after each failed assault. Such luminaries and iron personality is destined to succeed.
